Spa Etiquette

We are committed to provide a pleasant and effective experience for all our clients.

When we make a booking for you, we reserve this time specifically for you and can not see other clients.

Therefore, we appreciate if you help us to adhere to our policies below:

  1. All clients are seen with an appointment. For last minute bookings you can always book online here or call us on (02) 8542 9775

  2. We generally run to time so please make sure you are here just before your designated appointment time.

If you’re a first-time customer or haven’t been at our spa for a while, please arrive 5min prior your appointment to fill a consent and medical information form.

  3. We need 48 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment – please call (02) 8542 9775 or email info@murrayaspa.com.au

Please note if you cancel more than 2 appointments in a row, you will not be offered another appointment

  4. If you fail to attend an appointment without calling to cancel (“no show”) you will not automatically be offered another appointment or we will require a full non-refundable payment for your next appointment.

  5. Your session time starts from the time we take you to the room (including change time and bathroom breaks) as we allocate this time for you. If you need to use a bathroom, please arrive before your session time.

  6. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time will be reduced and the full payment will be required, as the therapist’s time is allocated for you and we cannot attend other clients during this time.

  7. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (such as a cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever or generally unwell), please call to reschedule your appointment.

  8. If you have a health condition listed on our website as a contraindication for treatments (https://www.murrayaspa.com.au/faqs) please call us before scheduling an appointment as we might require a doctor clearance before the treatment.

  9. We have a zero tolerance policy to abusive and disrespectful behaviour. Inappropriate actions and/or language is the cause for the termination of a treatment with the service fee paid in full.

  10. The service will be refused to anyone with sexual advances and will be reported.
